lovely villa. This villa is nicely situated in an area which is quiet at night but within easy driving distance of nightlife and excitement for those seeking that. The villa was spotless on arrival and the security alarm was reassuring. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay is provided, everything works and appears to be maintained to a high standard.Many supermarkets and shopping areas are close by but car hire is very recommended. We loved our stay in this villa and would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Martin.

Lovely villa in quiet location Beautiful villa and pool and property management really helpful. Location quiet but near to the town and easy access everywhere else. Villa itself is spacious and has everything you need. Although would be perfect with a new coffee machine and some new sun beds and parasol. Otherwise we can’t fault the place. Table tennis a winner with a teenager!

Fantastic location, off the beaten track so quiet but can get to the main shopping centre in under 10 minutes. Well furnished, and the rooms were lovely. We had an issue with the downstairs bathroom (terrible smell) which Kaiser Rentals sorted out immediately - they really were excellent! My only suggestion would be to leave instructions for the oven and the microwave, as they have worn off the appliances so you take pot luck when cooking! Overall, if you want a villa in a peaceful location, with total privacy, with a well maintained pool, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a safe and secure plot then look no further. It really was excellent, and we will definitely be booking through AHR again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wat een prachtig huis! Grote villa met een grote boomgaard er om heen, rustig gelegen. De villa voelt als thuis, is van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral de ruime zithoek met haard was super, we hadden s'avonds regelmatig een blokje erop.We komen graag terug!

Dear Ahr From the booking to the trip home everything for our trip was perfect . The pick up was timely , the vehicles safe and the baby seat provided . The villa was clean and provided what we needed for an enjoyable stay . The cleaning lady was helpful and did an amazing job . The contact gentleman Noono Was so helpful in arranging taxis and local information Personally as a seasoned traveller I was extremely pleased and would not hesitate to use your company again . My family and extended family were sad to leave. One recommendation would be business cards do the address was fully available to hand to taxis etc Thankyou again

We stayed in Monte dos Avós in July 2018. The villa is situated in Guia, close to restaurants and supermarkets, on a big property in a quiet and peaceful area. A car is needed to drive to the many beaches around the area. The house it self is clean, spacious, with big rooms and bathrooms, with enough space for everyone. The pool area is also big, and the pool is perfect for both families and adults. It's practical that there are three entrances to the pool area, from the kitchen, the dining room and the living room. If you want a spacious, well maintained willa in a quiet area, this is the perfect one!

Fantastic holiday Arrived at villa and everything was clean, tidy and well appointed. Lovely quiet location but near enough to walk to Ghia to enjoy the restaurants and bars. Also centrally located within driving distance of the beaches, other interesting places (Silves, Lagos and Monchique and events (Dolphin swimming at Zoomarine and the sand sculpture exhibition). All in all a great base for any holiday on the Algarve. Will visit again.

Thoroughly enjoyable We stayed in villa Monte Dos Avos in May and had a great time. The villa is in a great location close to the resorts of Armação de Pêra and Albufeira. It has everything you need and an amazing swimming pool. Cleaner twice a week and the staff at Kaiser property are excellent. Will definitely return

Firstly I must say if your reading this then your planning a trip to tue algarve. Look no further!! This place is lovely. From the minute we looked at the pictures we were hooked. I knows it hard to imagine but the villa is even better in the flesh than the fab pictures! A smooth collection of the keys and we were delighted with the villa. The pool area is superb, BBQ table tennis outside table and grounds to explore. Had some fruit off the trees in the grounds. The living areas are all spotlessly clean. Kitchen was great also. The bedrooms are huge and enough wardrobe space to cater for 20!! You won’t regret staying here. There villa Is 5 mins from Guia with a few bars and eateries.

Beautiful villa in peaceful surroundings The villa was in a beautiful, quiet part of the Algarve. There were 4 adults and 1 toddler in our party and everyone enjoyed themselves. The villa is great for kids and a really central location for visiting sites in the Algarve. The rooms were spacious and had all the mod-cons like air con, dish washer etc. It was very clean and a pleasure to stay in.

Großzügiges, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus Wir waren im Juni 2017 mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (5 und 3 Jahre) in der Villa Monte dos Avos. Wir waren vom ersten Moment an begeistert von dem gepflegten, gut ausgestatteten Haus und dem schönen, ebenfalls sehr gepflegten Grundstück. Große Zimmer mit viel Schrankplatz, große Badezimmer. Gut hat uns auch das an ein Schlafzimmer gebundene Bad gefallen, da man sich nachts dann nicht so stört. Wir haben den Pool, der wöchentlich gereinigt wurde, sehr genossen. Besonders auch die Kinder haben sich sehr gefreut, dass eine Luftmatratze, ein Walboot und Wasserbälle für den Pool vorhanden waren. Die vielfachen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in gut 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Der nächste, sehr schöne Strand, war in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir sind aber diverse Strände angefahren - alle sehr schön. Insgesamt sehr positiv, aber ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir noch: - Im mittleren Schlafzimmer knatschte das Bett sehr, sodass man davon aufwachte. Erst als wir die Matratze auf den Boden gelegt hatten, konnte man schlafen. Dort wäre ein etwas breiteres Bett auch angenehmer. - Wir als Deutsche sind die zweigeteilten Matratzen und Laken sehr gewöhnt. Die durchgehende Matratze und das eine große Laken - die man ja aber häufig im Süden hat - haben uns manchmal wach gehalten, wenn der Partner sich drehte. - Der Geschirrspüler sollte mal erneuert werden. - Im Internet sollte es zu diesem Haus neben den Bildern auch einen Grundriss geben, dann kann man sich das Haus im Vorwege besser vorstellen.

A stunning villa in a quite location with great country views. 10 minute walk to guia where you can enjoy local good valued restaurants . The villa is immaculate the pool is great, a treble tennis means the kids will not be bored. Only negative is the villa needs better showers but that is knit picking.

Amazing villa We have just returned from a wonderful holiday staying at Monte Dos Avos (01/06-08/06 2009). What a lovely villa, very peaceful! Villa was extremely spacious and was as good inside as it was outside. I would definitely recommend this villa, it has a great swimming pool and loads of outside space surrounded by fig trees, banana trees and avocado trees. It suited us especially as we love to eat in the restaurants in Guia, particularly Atlantico, Ideal and Ramires. The villa was convenient for everything, shopping, beaches etc. I can not recommend this villa highly enough. We are already considering booking it again this year.

Die Villa ist ein Traum. Herrlich gelegen, abseits vom Trubel und doch in wenigen Minuten im Algarve Shopping. Die Angaben und Bilder des Online-Inserates entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Die Villa ist in einem Top-Zustand, es ist alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut, fast schon zu schade für eine Vermietung. Die Begrüßung war herzlich, die Betreuung gut. Diese Villa kann man ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto knapp 10 Minuten, zum Algarve Shopping 5 Minuten. Die zentrale Lage an der Algarve ist hervorragend für Ausflüge geeignet. Es ist alles gut zu erreichen, sowohl Richtung spanische Grenze, als auch Richtung Cabo de Sao Vicente. Lissabon ist in gut 2 bis 2 1/2 Stunden über die Autobahn zu erreichen. Zum Flughafen Faro sind es knapp 30 Minuten. Weit genug weg. Es gibt praktisch keinen Fluglärm. Es gibt eine große Anzahl an Restaurants. Die Spezialität Piri Piri kann man überall geniesen.

We stayed in this beautiful villa in August and I can`t fault the place! Beautifully furnished and so clean. In a remote location so a car is needed, but it was lovely to return to the peace and quiet after the hustle and bustle of the towns. Fabulous clean pool, not heated, but with the weather at 38 deg, it didn`t need to be! We would definitely recommend and we would love to return again!

This is an amazing villa, loads of space and very well kept! we were a family of 4 travelling (2 adults and 2 children) and also had 2 friends with us. The villa was spacious enough to provide us all with privacy when we needed it. A balcony off every bedroom was bliss! The pool is a great size, but was rather cold for the time of year....pool heating would move this up to 5 stars! The villa is very secluded (up a private track) and you really do need a car...that said, it was a short drive to the beach of gale (amazing sunsets) and to the Algarve shopping centre (The supermarket is open until 11pm so great for late arrivals!) The staff were very welcoming and came on our first day to advise on things to do in the area and to check if all was well. We even had a surpise welcome pack waiting for us - great after our flight delay. I would strongly recommend this villa - great size, quality and location! and hope to be back again soon. Our stay at the villa was stress free, relaxing and everything we hoped it would be. It's not far from the airport, local shopping centres for everything you need, beaches, restaurants etc. We are a family of four and we had two sets of friends with their kids come out and stay during our two week holiday. The maid comes every other day to change the sheets and clean the floors and the pool man comes every day. The place was spotless. The kids LOVED the place, it is completely secure, it has stair gates for those wandering babies and high chairs and cots on request. It was quiet and the weather was perfect every day. I would totally recommend this place to anyone considering a family/group holiday.

We had a fabulous holiday in Monte dos Avos. The villa was very spacious, clean and private set in a lovely orchard. The pool was excellent and though not heated was soon warmed by the sun and never too cold for swimming. The organisation of booking, key collection and directions was excellent as was the housekeeping. Though we did virtually no cooking and the kitchen was amply equipped we felt this area needed upgrading.
