7 adults and 4 children all had a lovely holiday in this villa. Proximity to the beach was a real bonus as the children could walk there. Would happily stay there again!

We(3 families with a total of 6 kids) had a great time in this house. Great pool, and great service.

Super house close to the beach. We were 10 adults and 2 toddlers, plenty of space. All facilities of a top rental house, including air condition, but lacks of course some of the home-feeling airbnb usually provides (e.g. no flour, salt, pepper in the kitchen, need to pick up the keys at an office). Clean place, super service from the rental company. Safe premises with many places to sit outside. Lovely pool and sunbeds. Would like to come back - if we can afford it. :-)

Just returned from spending a week at this incredible villa . There were 9 of us , and the space was incredible . The villa is really spacious . Our communication with AHR , especially Ana , meant we could order a hamper and taxi transfers were previously ordered. They catered for our flights , and when the first part of the party arrived , it was incredibly spotless. It was a home from home , the pool great , cold but didnt stop us using it , we didnt get it heated . We had a birthday within the party and the bbq and the table and chairs within the outbuilding made it a great place to host a great night. Its in a quiet residential area, but we loved it , amongst the locals , the garden was terrific, and though out of Albuferia, only took a 10 minute taxi to get into the old town, so you had the quietness but option to go in. Theres also public buses nearby , but as we didnt use them ,dont know how regular they are . Theres a couple of supermarkets nearby, a 10 minute walk , at most , selling everything you can think of . Beautiful beach within a few minutes walk . If we had as many people again , we would most definately return to this villa . I would certainly recommend AHR to anyone too . Helpful, and very easy to deal with . We would have no hesitation to recommend this villa .

Excellent stay Villa met our expectations. Good sized pool and good enclosed garden for the kids. Central location to access all beaches. Management company were great, nothing was to much trouble. The property being done next door looks amazing can't wait to go back and see the finished product.

Lovely holiday in a unique property! What a marvellous property! It is really unique and we absolutely loved our stay! Villa was decorated with a lot of taste and really felt like a home. The pool area is very nice, especially because it includes a covered al fresco dining area with brick barbecue where we had most of our meals. The beach is literally just down the road, just like a great supermarket and several restaurants (we loved to dine at the beach restaurants in Gale and Sao Lourenco). It was great to spend a holiday without needing a car - to get into Albufeira we simply ordered a taxi. This was a 5 star experience!

Amazing Villa, with everything you need The internet doesn't do this Villa justice, we had an amazing holiday in this villa, 5 couples, loads of space inside and out.

Lovely villa We had a great time at this villa. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Villa had plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Only issues we had was the floor was quite slippy between the pool and house when wet, the sprinklers were on too much so the grass was sometimes water logged and the pool was ice cold as it was in the shade for most of the day so we weren't really able to use it which was a real shame. Other than that we had a fantastic time and the property manager/company were fantastic and helped with any requests/questions we had.
